Located in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region 8 Paddocks is nestled in Treeton Valley in Cowaramup on 180 acres of natural bushland, pasture and vineyard.

We purchased the property in 2016. What began as a search for 5 acres with a new house, somehow evolved into 180 acres with an old Settlers Cottage and a farm that needed some work.

Our vision from the very beginning was to create a space for people to come and lose track of time, unwind, reflect and reconnect in a natural landscape.

Every aspect of the chalet design has been carefully considered using as much local materials and skilled craftsmen as much as possible. The Sofa, Bed and Kitchen were designed exclusively by us using our local upholsterers and cabinet makers through our business Lifestyle Furniture
